Himadri Speciality Q2 results: Net profit jumps 31% to ₹231 cr

Clean-tech company Himadri Speciality Chemical on Friday posted a 31 per cent jump in consolidated net profit to ₹ 231.32 crore during the September quarter of FY27, aided by strong revenue growth in key business verticals.

It had logged a net profit of ₹176.14 crore in the second quarter of the preceding 2025-26 financial year, Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (HSCL) said in an exchange filing.

During July-September FY27, the company's total income also rose to ₹ 1,733.32 crore from ₹ 1,106.96 crore recorded in the year ago quarter.

The company garnered revenue of ₹ 1,539.02 crore from carbon materials and chemicals, and ₹ 33.32 crore from the power business segments.

Kolkata-based Himadri's diversified portfolio includes clean power solutions, advanced battery materials, and speciality carbon black, among others.
